Our Team

Kent was born in Chicago, but spent his childhood in Ft Lauderdale and attended Broward College. He has owned and managed properties since moving to Atlanta in 1981. He founded RE/MAX Associates in 1986 and RE/MAX Advantage in 1992. Kent has spent time as a broker managing 5 offices with over 150 agents. Recently Kent has grown to become a leader in bank owned re sales personally closing over 2500 homes in the past 5 years. Kent is strong believer in real estate ownership and investment with his own portfolio of area homes. His extensive knowledge of all aspects of the real estate industry from work as a listing agent, buyer’s agent, broker, property manager, and foreclosure/short sale specialist. Kent has been an industry leader in the Atlanta area with extensive awards & designations including Membership in the RE/MAX Hall of Fame, Chairman’s Club, Platinum Club, and has been recognized by RE/MAX International for production every year since 1986. He has had the top RE/MAX team in Georgia for several years since 2008. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Georgia Association of Realtors, FMLS, GAMLS, and is a Director of the Metro South Board of Realtors. In his spare time Kent has bred and raised World Champion Quarter Horses. He also loves bass fishing on the area lakes, playing golf, and spending time with his family and friends.

Allen is an East Tennessee native, growing up in Knoxville. After attending Hunter College In New York, Allen settled in Atlanta. He started working with RE/MAX in 2002. Having worked in every area of the property management industry, Allen has a broad knowledge of the Southside Market including property management and REO sales. Allen has logged over 500,000 miles driving throughout the area and provides a wealth of knowledge on individual neighborhoods & communities. In his free time, Allen loves spending time with his family, camping, history, genealogy, travel, politics and current events, and his best friend-Rowdy.

Rita has been with RE/Max Advantage for almost 20 years. She is a native of Cleveland, Ohio and has lived in Jonesboro for the past 30 years. Rita has extensive knowledge of all aspects of property management. She currently handles the maintenance coordination. In her off time Rita enjoys spending time with her close knit family.

Mike is a native Georgian, growing up in Middle Georgia. Mike attended Brewton Parker College, receiving a BA in English. Mike spent most of his career in the Healthcare Industry and has enjoyed his new venture into real estate. Mike has been with RE/MAX since 2013. In his free time, Mike enjoys concerts, restoring furniture, travel, and spending time with his family and friends.
